Food, beverages, and alcohol can only be delivered within the UK. If your delivery address is outside the UK, rest assured you will be notified before checkout.

Within the UK mainland, we offer both Next Day, Nominated and 2-day delivery options. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are eligible for Next Day service at an additional charge.

We operate a No Quibble returns policy, allowing a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. For guidance on returns based on your location, please refer to our Returns FAQs.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary gift message with every order. Your message may be added in your basket or during checkout. Kindly note, one message may be included per order.

For a fee of £15 per order, your items will be presented in our signature Claridge’s jade gift box, finished with black and white chevron ribbon. This option will be offered in your shopping bag and again at checkout, where eligible items will be boxed together.
