We’re delighted to deliver to all of the UK mainland and you can choose between a variety of options – from next day delivery to a 2-day service.

Please note, our Next Day delivery service is only available for orders placed before 2pm, with deliveries arriving Monday-Friday.

We also deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. However, please bear in mind that there are extra charges for deliveries to these areas, and they will take an additional three to five days to arrive.

Please note orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.

We are pleased to offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Kindly note:

• Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as our service operates on the next working day.
• Our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays, and as such, Next Day Delivery is unavailable on these dates.
• Should you select this service on a Bank Holiday, your order will be dispatched on the following working day, and delivered the day after.

We are very happy to offer both Saturday and Sunday delivery options across the UK, subject to an extra charge. Please see 'what are your standard delivery options' for more details. Sadly, we’re not able to offer deliveries on bank holidays.

Our warehouse is closed weekends and Bank Holidays. Next day delivery services are not available at these times.

If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address. Standard delivery charges will apply to each order accordingly.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver our products to BFPO addresses because we can not track or obtain a signature for this service – this means we are not able to guarantee safe delivery. We're sorry, but we can not deliver our products to PO boxes.

We’re delighted to be able to deliver many of our products to many countries and regions around the world.

Kindly note, however, that we can not ship food items, non-alcoholic beverages, or alcoholic beverages internationally. Should you add these to your basket, rest assured you’ll be notified before completing your purchase.

We use DHL for our international deliveries – see below for costs, exclusive of taxes and duties:

For some destinations, there may be additional customs duties to pay. Unfortunately, we can’t confirm how much these will be and your recipient will be responsible for any payment. Please bear in mind that this may also cause delivery delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation of your tracking number from our carrier DPD or DHL. Simply follow the link to track the progress of your delivery.

Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can also login and select ‘track your order’ in the ‘my order history’ section.

On the day of your delivery, DPD or DHL will be in touch with an estimated delivery time. If you won’t be in, you’ll have the option to rearrange your delivery, or you can ask them to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

Please note that both DPD and DHL require a signature upon receipt, and orders containing alcohol may also require ID as proof of age.

We always aim to deliver a prompt, reliable service. However, there are some circumstances beyond our control which can cause delays, including: 

• Adverse weather conditions
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses

Unfortunately, in the unlikely event of these issues, we are unable to accept responsibility for any delays.

Both our team and our delivery carriers work hard to make sure your products arrive with you fully present and correct, and in perfect condition. In the rare event that parts of your order are missing or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of your expected delivery date.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that claims made after this time will be refunded or replaced.

We operate a 'No Quibble' returns policy. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may return your order for a refund of the item(s) value, excluding shipping costs.

If you have an account:

• Log in to your account and submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Once approved by our Customer Services team, you will receive a link to create, download and print your returns label.

If you do not have an account:

• Please email shop@claridges.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request your return. Once approved, we will send you a link to download your returns label.

After receiving your returns label, print it and attach it securely to your parcel, making sure you fill out and include the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note. You can then drop off your return at a convenient location near you.

Please ensure that all returned products are:

• In their original condition and packaging (including gift boxes)
• Undamaged, unworn, and with all labels still attached
• Accompanied by all original accessories
• Includes a copy of the original delivery note

We are unable to accept returns of sealed items (such as those wrapped in cellophane) if the seal has been broken.

Just to note, in the unlikely event something does happen to your order on its way to us, please get in touch with our team – not DPD.

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over then email you to confirm your refund amount. Please then allow 14 working days for the refund to reach you. We’ll pay refunds into the bank account linked to the card used to place the order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges; if you wish to select a different item, a new order will need to be placed, and standard shipping charges will apply.

Please note that we’re not able to provide refunds for any food, alcohol or beverage items. This includes hampers and gift boxes which contain these items.

We’re very sorry if you or your recipient has received a damaged or defective product, or if we have made a mistake with your order. Rest assured, we’ll do all we can to put it right.

You’ll simply need to:

• Let us know within 48 hours of receipt by emailing shop@claridges.co.uk. Whenever possible, please include a photo or video to show us the problem.
• Once your return is approved by our Customer Services team, you will be sent a returns label to print and apply to your parcel, and find a convenient drop-off point local to you. Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note, and return your item within 14 days to:

  Please make sure you get proof of postage and a tracking number for your return as, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
• Once your parcel arrives with us, we will process a refund or where possible we will replace the product free of charge.

If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank – it can take a little while to process your refund.
