We’re very sorry to hear you’re unhappy. Please let us know the problem by writing to us at shop@claridges.co.uk We will get back to you within one working day. While we will do all we can to put things right, we are sadly unable to help with third party product issues as these are beyond our control.

Online account

No, you can shop with us without creating an account. However, once you’ve registered you'll be able to track your orders and review past purchases. You’ll also be able to save addresses, so it’s easier and quicker next time you shop with us.

To reset your password, simply follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please bear in mind that, for security reasons, we are unable to email you with your old password.

Your order

It’s best to place an order directly on our website. We accept payment via most credit and debit cards including American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

We take data protection very seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they follow applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

We’re sorry, but once we have processed your order we are unable to make any changes. However, you can still return your products and receive a full refund.

Yes, you are able to return your order up to 14 days after your order was delivered. Please read our Delivery & Returns page for more information on how to return and get a refund.

Your order will arrive in a brown cardboard box, protected with brown cardboard and protega paper.

We’re pleased to confirm that most of our packaging materials are now widely recyclable, reusable or compostable. Some packages may contain corn starch chips, these are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% compostable.

Unfortunately, some items are currently packaged with non-recyclable foam. Please dispose of this in your normal household waste.

We encourage our customers to recycle wherever possible.

We would be delighted to elevate your gift with our signature Claridge's gift box service. For a fee of £15 per order, your items will be beautifully presented in our iconic Claridge's jade-hued box and adorned with ribbon.

Please note, while hampers and Editions gift sets are not eligible for gift boxing, any other items within the same order can be boxed. All eligible items in a single order will be arranged within one gift box; if you wish to package items separately, we kindly suggest placing individual orders.

You are welcome to include a personalised gift message of up to 150 characters with your order, beautifully presented in our signature Claridge’s envelope. Kindly note, however, that we are unable to accommodate multiple gift messages within a single order.

For gifts intended for multiple recipients, each with its own message, we kindly request that a separate order be placed for each.

We are very sorry to hear your order hasn’t met our usual high standards. Please contact us as soon as possible by filling out our online form, or emailing us at shop@claridges.co.uk. To make the process quicker, make sure you include your order number in any communication.

Delivery

We deliver to many locations worldwide – from the US to the Far East. Please see our International delivery section for more information.

This varies depending on where you are sending your package, how much it weighs and how soon you’d like it to arrive. For a full list of options, please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

For some destinations there may be additional customs duties to pay. Unfortunately, we can’t confirm how much these will be and your recipient will be responsible for any payment. Please bear in mind that this may also cause delivery delays.

Returns

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to return a product. If you do want to send something back, please visit our Returns & Refunds section. 

Once we’ve received your items and they have been checked by our team, we will send you an email letting you know if you are eligible for a full refund. If you haven’t received this within 10 days of returning your items, please let us know. To make the process as quick as possible, please make sure you include your order number in any communications.
