No, you can shop with us without creating an account. However, once you’ve registered you'll be able to track your orders and review past purchases. You’ll also be able to save addresses, so it’s easier and quicker next time you shop with us.

Your order will arrive in a brown cardboard box, protected with brown cardboard and protega paper.

We’re pleased to confirm that most of our packaging materials are now widely recyclable, reusable or compostable. Some packages may contain corn starch chips, these are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% compostable.

Unfortunately, some items are currently packaged with non-recyclable foam. Please dispose of this in your normal household waste.

We encourage our customers to recycle wherever possible.

We would be delighted to elevate your gift with our signature presentation options:

For £15 per order, your items will be beautifully presented in our iconic Claridge’s jade gift box, finished with a black and white chevron ribbon. This option will appear in your Shopping Bag and again at checkout, where eligible items will be boxed together. If you wish for items to be packaged separately, we kindly recommend placing individual orders.

Selected items are presented in our elegant black gift boxes and may be beautifully finished with Claridge’s ribbon for an additional £5. Where available, this option will appear on the product description page and again in your Shopping Bag. Simply select ‘Add Claridge’s Ribbon’ to include this finishing touch.

Please note that not all items are eligible for gift presentation. To confirm whether your item qualifies, kindly refer to the Gift Options section on the product page, where you’ll find the available presentation choices for each piece.

You are welcome to include a personalised gift message of up to 150 characters with your order, beautifully presented in our signature Claridge’s envelope. Kindly note, however, that we are unable to accommodate multiple gift messages within a single order.

For gifts intended for multiple recipients, each with its own message, we kindly request that a separate order be placed for each.

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States with all applicable duties and taxes included. These charges will be clearly itemised at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please note that duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return.

For other destinations, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. As these charges vary by country and order value, we are unable to provide estimates in advance. Please be aware that customs procedures may result in delivery delays.

At checkout, VAT is removed for eligible international destinations.

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to return a product. If you do want to send something back, please visit our Returns & Refunds section. 

Once we’ve received your items and they have been checked by our team, we will send you an email letting you know if you are eligible for a full refund. If you haven’t received this within 10 days of returning your items, please let us know. To make the process as quick as possible, please make sure you include your order number in any communications.
