Claridge's Bakery Knife
In collaboration with Katto Knives, Claridge’s Bakery introduces a maple bread knife designed for the everyday joy of baking and sharing bread. Forged from Japanese AUS‑10 steel, the finely serrated blade glides easily through crusty sourdough, Bloomers and softer loaves alike.
Each knife is handmade in Sheffield using traditional techniques and finished with Katto’s award‑winning Equipoise™ weighted handle. Thoughtful, practical and beautifully made, it’s a modern bakery essential inspired by the craft at the heart of Claridge’s Bakery.
Every knife arrives gift‑wrapped in brown paper and string, and includes a complimentary tote bag and a penny for luck.

We offer both Next Day, Nominated and 2-day delivery options for UK mainland addresses. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) qualify for Next Day delivery.

We operate a No Quibble returns policy, allowing a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. For guidance on returns, please refer to our Returns FAQs.
For a fee of £15 per order, your items will be presented in our signature Claridge’s jade gift box, finished with black and white chevron ribbon. This option will be offered in your shopping bag and again at checkout, where eligible items will be boxed together.
