- Standard UK (2 working days): Before 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024
- Next Day*: Before 12pm on Monday 23rd December 2024
- Nominated Saturday*: Before 2pm on Thursday 19th December 2024
- Nominated Sunday*: Before 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024
*Please note that these services are not available for deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
International Christmas delivery
Last suggested order date for international delivery is before 2pm (GMT) on Monday 16th December 2024
UK New Year's Eve delivery

Shipping Schedule
Any orders placed on one of these dates will be dispatched the next working day:
- 25-26th December 2024 (orders placed on these dates will be dispatched on 27th December 2024)
- 1st January 2025 (orders placed on this day will be dispatched on 2nd January 2025, when normal service resumes)
We’re delighted to deliver to all of the UK mainland and you can choose between a variety of options – from next day delivery to a 2-day service.
Please note, our Next Day delivery service is only available for orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday.
Shipping rates will vary for Hamper products.
We also deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. However, please bear in mind that there are extra charges for deliveries to these areas, and they will take an additional three to five days to arrive.
We use DPD for all deliveries in the UK – see below for costs:

Our next day delivery service is only available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.
Our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays - therefore our Next Day service is not available to book on these dates.
If this service is selected on these dates, your shipment will leave our warehouse the following working day on a Next Day service.
We’re delighted to be able to deliver many of our products to many countries and regions around the world.
Kindly note, however, that we can not ship food items, non-alcoholic beverages, or alcoholic beverages internationally. Should you add these to your basket, rest assured you’ll be notified before completing your purchase.

For some destinations, there may be additional customs duties to pay. Unfortunately, we can’t confirm how much these will be and your recipient will be responsible for any payment. Please bear in mind that this may also cause delivery delays.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver our products to BFPO addresses because we can’t track or obtain a signature for this service – this means we are not able to guarantee safe delivery.
We’re sorry, but we can’t deliver our products to PO boxes.
We are very happy to offer both Saturday and Sunday delivery options across the UK, subject to an extra charge. Please see UK delivery options and charges for more details. Sadly, we’re not able to offer deliveries on bank holidays.
Our warehouse is closed weekends and Bank Holidays. Next day delivery services are not available at these times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation of your tracking number from our carrier DPD or DHL. Simply follow the link to track the progress of your delivery.
Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can also login and select ‘track your order’ in the ‘my order history’ section.
On the day of your delivery, DPD or DHL will be in touch with an estimated delivery time. If you won’t be in, you’ll have the option to rearrange your delivery, or you can ask them to leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Please note that both DPD and DHL require a signature upon receipt, and orders containing alcohol may also require ID as proof of age.
We always aim to deliver a prompt, reliable service. However, there are some circumstances beyond our control which can cause delays, including:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
Unfortunately, in the unlikely event of these issues, we are unable to accept responsibility for any delays.
Both our team and our delivery carriers work hard to make sure your products arrive with you fully present and correct, and in perfect condition. In the rare event that parts of your order are missing or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of your expected delivery date.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that claims made after this time will be refunded or replaced.
If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address. Standard delivery charges will apply to each order accordingly.
We operate a 'No Quibble' policy for returns. You are allowed a 14-day cooling off period from the date of delivery.
If you would like to return your order to us we will be happy to refund the value of the items returned, excluding shipping costs.
You simply need to follow the steps below:
- Please let us know you’d like to return your order by emailing shop@claridges.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- Please apply the enclosed DPD return label and find a convenient drop-off point near you.
- Your product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, including gift boxes, undamaged with label(s) still attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the original delivery note.
- We cannot accept sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken.
- Please return your product(s) to the address below within 14 days of receiving your original order, making sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that don’t reach us – so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.
Just to note, in the unlikely event something does happen to your order on its way to us, please get in touch with our team – not DPD.
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over then email you to confirm your refund amount. Please then allow 14 working days for the refund to reach you. We’ll pay refunds into the bank account linked to the credit card used to place the order.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges; if you wish to select a different item, a new order will need to be placed, and standard shipping charges will apply.
Please note that we’re not able to provide refunds for any food, alcohol or beverage items. This includes hampers and gift boxes which contain these items.
We’re very sorry if you or your recipient has received a damaged or defective product, or if we have made a mistake with your order. Rest assured, we’ll do all we can to put it right.
You’ll simply need to:
- Let us know within 48 hours of receipt by emailing shop@claridges.co.uk. Whenever possible, please include a photo or video to show us the problem.
- Please then apply the enclosed DPD return label and find a convenient drop-off point local to you. Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note, and return your item within 14 days to:

Please make sure you get proof of postage and a tracking number for your return as, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. - Once your parcel arrives with us, we will refund the cost of the product in full or where possible we will replace the product free of charge.
If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank – it can take a little while to process your refund.
