Winter Solstice Gin from the Boatyard Distillery in County Fermangh shows off some of the fabulous flavours of winter – namely Christmas pudding! Whilst retaining the distillery's juniper forward method, it’s made with deconstructed Christmas pudding to highlight notes of candied orange, raisin, clove, ginger, nutmeg and more. French Sauternes dessert wine has been added to the gin to bring a touch of natural sweetness to the final spirit. Cosy up to a roaring fire with this perfect winter warmer for the traditional gin lover.
