Shopping Bag

Your shopping bag is empty.

  • Please let us know you’d like to return your order by emailing shop@claridges.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please apply the enclosed DPD return label and find a convenient drop-off point near you.
  • Your product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, including gift boxes, undamaged with label(s) still attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the original delivery note.
  • We cannot accept sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken.
  • Please return your product(s) to the address below within 14 days of receiving your original order, making sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that don’t reach us – so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.

Just to note, in the unlikely event something does happen to your order on its way to us, please get in touch with our team – not DPD.


Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over then email you to confirm your refund amount. Please then allow 14 working days for the refund to reach you. We’ll pay refunds into the bank account linked to the credit card used to place the order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges; if you wish to select a different item, a new order will need to be placed, and standard shipping charges will apply.


Please note that we’re not able to provide refunds for any food, alcohol or beverage items. This includes hampers and gift boxes which contain these items.
