Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Your shopping bag is empty.

  • Let us know within 48 hours of receipt by emailing giftshop@claridges.co.uk. Whenever possible, please include a photo or video to show us the problem.
  • Please then apply the enclosed DPD return label and find a convenient drop-off point local to you. Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note, and return your item within 28 days to:

    Please make sure you get proof of postage and a tracking number for your return as, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
  • Once your parcel arrives with us, we will refund the cost of the product in full or we will replace the product. If the same product is not available, we will replace it with a product of equal or higher value.
