Damaged, defective or incorrect products

 

  • Let us know within 48 hours of receipt by emailing shop@claridges.co.uk. Whenever possible, please include a photo or video to show us the problem.
  • Once your return is approved by our Customer Services team, you will be sent a returns label to print and apply to your parcel, and find a convenient drop-off point local to you. Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of your original delivery note, and return your item within 14 days to:

    Please make sure you get proof of postage and a tracking number for your return as, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
  • Once your parcel arrives with us, we will process a refund or where possible we will replace the product free of charge.
