Owned by the Dufour family since 1814, with traditional wine-making expertise being passed down from generation to generation. The harvest takes place by hand, to choose only the ripest bunches and affected by the so-called noble rot – produced by the Botrytis cinerea fungus – which helps a natural concentration of sugars in the product. This is the real peculiarity of this type of wine which delivers layers of complexity and sweetness.
