Sparkling tea is a new innovative drinks category, developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. BLÅ presents delicate aromas of Jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. Followed by a round taste of white teas accompanied by good complexity and depth from green teas. It ends in a long finish joined by comfortable tannins created by the Darjeeling First Flush. 

BLÅ is the perfect alcohol-free aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian or light mains, and most desserts.
