Claridge's Non-Alcoholic Christmas Cake (1.1kg)

The centrepiece of the festive table, this six-inch cake is full of the sweetness and spice of Chrsitmas. Ours is laced with fruit, citrus zest, nibbed almonds, ginger and black treacle - rich in flavour yet delicate and beautifully balanced. Coated with marzipan and icing dusted with snowflakes, the final flourish is the Claridge's emblem in sugar work.
