Gift certificates are normally dispatched within 5 working days.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Prices shown for gift experiences are INCLUSIVE of
- Service charge at 5% for accommodation and 12.5% for food & beverage certificates
- VAT at 17.5%
- A delivery and packaging fee of £6.00 per gift certificate
